Are there any setup fees?

Discoveroo charges a one-time setup fee of €250 for the Monthly Plan. There are no setup fees for the Quarterly Plan.

What are the payment terms?

For all of Discoveroo's outreach plans, we require 50% of the payment upfront, and the remaining 50% after 30 days.

What will happen during Discoveroo’s onboarding process?

Our onboarding and email warmup process with new clients takes four weeks.

As well as creating sample data lists, as described in the first FAQ answer listed above, we will also request information from clients that we will use to build our sales messaging. This will include product/service overviews along with any noteworthy customer success stories, case studies, or recent campaign results that we can use to articulately and concisely demonstrate to prospects how your company helps organisations similar to theirs. 

Once we have drafted preliminary sales messaging examples, we will create a shared document for you to access and to provide feedback/contributions within.

A designated email and mailbox will also need setting up for us to use for the outreach campaign. We will need to warm up the email for 14-21 days before beginning with any outreach. This is to help protect your domain. See our article here about email deliverability.

How does Discoveroo create the right sales messaging for our company?

When we begin working with new clients, we always experiment with sales messaging, sales angles, and calls to action, and will continue to tweak these throughout the campaign until we land on the approach that works best for them. 

We always keep our clients fully updated on any changes, and will always seek approval on any major changes to our approach.

What results can we expect with Discoveroo?

Each of our clients and campaigns is unique and the results can vary depending on factors including the solution type, the value proposition, the pricing, and the addressable market.

That being said, we typically receive responses from 10-13% of the prospects we contact including opt-outs. This means that in a campaign that reaches 750 prospects, once all emails have been sent our clients can usually expect responses from 75-100 prospects.

How soon will we see results with Discoveroo?

It’s important to note that as we gradually ramp up to full email volume on new campaigns, it can up to 8 weeks until we’re at full volume and before clients begin to see results. This is to allow for ample email warm-up time and to slowly scale up the volume so as not to risk damaging email deliverability. 

That being said, the first leads will typically be generated within the first 2-3 weeks of outreach beginning and the frequency of leads will increase as the gradual ramp-up continues.

Once a prospect is interested, what happens next?

Our goal is to generate as many interested responses as possible for your company.

Once a lead has been generated (i.e. a positive response), we will provide a Lead Handover to our client. This will include the company name, website, employee count, prospect name, prospect role, and an overview of what they have communicated to us.

Following the lead handover, our client will own the lead and will respond appropriately to the interested prospect.

Where will each prospect’s contact status be logged?

During onboarding, we ask that our clients provide us with a Bcc email address from their existing CRM. We then include this Bcc email address in all outbound activities, so that all emails will be logged in their CRM.

If you do not already use a CRM, we recommend setting up a free, designated HubSpot instance.

What tools does Discoveroo use?

Our stack includes Google Workspace, Office 365, Airtable, Zoom, Hubspot, Slack, and Calendly.

Tools we use for data building and outreach include LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and SalesOcean.

How often will we hear from Discoveroo during a campaign?

We provide weekly updates to our clients for the campaigns we run. This will include a detailed overview of the number of prospects contacted so far, along with the number of responses - including interested prospects and non-interested prospects. 

We will also contact you via a designated Slack channel within one business day of receiving a positive response from a prospect to provide the Lead Handover and to suggest appropriate next steps.

Can we set up a custom-sized outreach plan with Discoveroo?

Absolutely. While we have tried to create plans with fixed and straightforward pricing and deliverables, we also understand that everyone’s requirements vary. What does Discoveroo’s data-building process involve?

We use a combination of manual and tool-based search methods to build a list of prospects that meet your ideal client profile. During onboarding, and before we begin building any data, we work with each of our clients to determine their target prospect criteria, which includes some of the following categories:

  • Industries
  • Company Types
  • Persona Types
  • Employee Count
  • Markets

Once we have this information, we then build a sample list of data for our clients to check and provide feedback on before we build more data and begin a campaign.

Our approach to email outreach is highly targeted and personalised. To do this, we research each prospect we contact and create an email intro that references something about their company, product/service, or industry that is relevant to the solution or service we are contacting them about.

In addition to the personalised introduction and agreed sales messaging, we also personalise email subject lines to include the prospect’s company name, which helps to optimise results.

What process do you follow to qualify a lead into an opportunity?

Once there is a sales lead we:

  1. Liaise and arrange a call with the prospect
  2. Conduct a discovery call and qualify whether or not there's a real opportunity
  3. Create an Opportunity Overview report
  4. Handover all qualified opportunities with confirmed next steps to our clients
  5. Follow up with the prospect to re-confirm and schedule next steps

What information does each Opportunity Overview report contain?

  • The prospect's business and their current situation, including their business goals and drivers
  • Their upcoming projects or initiatives
